Endorphins

Few days ago, went to play badminton wif Angel & Bee Eng..
Play for awhile and we sat down to chit chat again.. =.='
and now my arm still aching la..
tis shows tat I didnt do sports for veri long already..
Lousy..
After tat go Bee Eng House eat maggie mee, biscuit, candy...
like tat how to slim down la u tell me..

It hurts to know tat she is in grief everyday..
But I can do nothing..
